I usually work out after work towards the end of the week (Thursday and Friday) to burn off the stress of the work week. It used to be drinking, but I stopped doing that because it made me feel worse. Otherwise I play games on my Nintendo Switch to unwind and I also started dancing again which I’m planning on doing weekly!

Hi Rachel! I adore your videos and love seeing you kill it in your new role as medical receptionist. I worked as a medical receptionist for 5 years in a family medicine clinic with 4 doctors. I really relate to your rants about patient cancellations, dealing with insurance, etc. I'm happy to say I just graduated from nursing school, so will no longer have to deal with that kind of thing... but mad respect for receptionists of any kind!!! I have two small kids so I never have time “off the work”. I work as a teacher and speech therapist (self employed, I have practise in my house) so can totally relate with you rant about some patients. I’m so mad when for example I have appointment at 4, people don’t show up and when I text them they respond “ forgot to tell you, we have family trip today” or something like that. I have waiting list of patients, no time to fit them, but some current doesn’t take my time seriously

It dependsnon when I finish. 3 pm I walk the dog, make dinner, make my and my husband's lunches, clean up the kitchen, dishes, etc. If I'm done at 7, then I eat the dinner my husband made, help him clean up, shower then bed.
