Very true po that don’t do social media before sleeping . Before I have Facebook but I feel being stressed waiting for comments ,reactions and it’s like I’m very responsible to post and most of all using social media give you the feeling of “jealousy” --feeling envious with your friends success ,life ,house and job that’s why I stopped social media where I have my friends in it at least when I sleep I won’t think and feel of anything . I will sleep peaceful po . It’s very stressful to use social media though we can’t deny that it is very helpful too . Thank you po Dr. God Bless !
