Hi and thank you for your amazing informative videos..! As a married couple one on freelance income and the other one on desability benefits..do we have a chance of getting a first time buyer mortgage please..? Thanks in advance..🙏🙌
Hi Arian, yes absolutely! Your income will just be treated as a self employed person which is totally fine, we would just need to go through your earnings in the last couple of years. There are also plenty of lenders who will take disability benefits in to account for a mortgage so that shouldnt be an issue either! Hi Adam, what about LISA please? I have a dilemma now of putting my 4k in to get the 1k bonus from the government but my main issue is that mine is a stocks and shares LISA and it has fluctuated +£50 and today -£100 on my previous contributions from last year. So I’m fearing putting the money in in case my principal deposit gets sucked away too. I realize no one can predict the market but if I didn’t then I wouldn’t get the government bonus… 😩
Hi there, that is a tricky one! You're right though I can't say what is best unfortunately! The bonus may outweigh any fluctuations though - maybe! These things can sometimes be best long term too if you can afford to wait? Please feel free to book a free call if you want to go through it in any more detail
