Hi Josh!! Watching this at 4 am in Napa, CA!! My body still on East Coast time😂. This house is a STUNNER!!! I could definitely see myself living here. I have a 2nd favorite now!! Today my body might be in San Francisco but my heart is still beating for 59 Eagle Rim!💞. At $2.4 million ... totally worth it!! Random thought ---> #whereismyhat😳
Hardly any houses...especially where there will be LOTS of snow come winter....have a glassed in enclosure..as a separate room.....to enjoy sun all year round....
Gonzalo Giunta But that’s not, people shouldn’t have to do that in order to see the video of a house they might want to buy. If we should just simply play the video in a slower motion than there’s no point for an editor and the cameraman should’ve never been hired in the first place
in Montville, N J.... The house recently closed for $2,324,000 and was 8727 square feet., Additional property information can be found by clicking on the following link: www.njlux.com/properties/8-briarcliff-rd-montville-nj-07045/

The layout of this house is too repetitive to the other houses in it's price range. If I were looking to buy a house in this price range, I would pass for it is not unique, it shares similar floor plans with other houses it's size. And when your spending that much cash, you don't want it to be similar to your neighbors.
At what point do you see the full layout or floor plan?? It looks different to the other grand houses of this style I’ve seen so I’ve no idea what you’re on about.
@@clothilde1623 the video is literally a virtual tour of the house. Designed to help you see every angle and make you feel almost like you are walking through the home. The grand entrance is very similar to the same grand entrances of houses it's caliber. The rooms are all pretty standard and what you expect to see. The landscaping, the architecture. Seen it all a hundred times before. I am just saying, nothing in this house is unique when comparing it to other houses alike. If I were to advise buyers, I would tell them to keep looking for something more special and unique.
Chelsea Fricke To quote your post before you edited it: “You obviously are not in real estate, and have not been in very many luxury high end homes, if you can't understand the layout of this house with the virtual tour.” Lol. The ‘virtual tour’ did NOT cover the property’s layout. At all. We had a brief and very pleasant look at the main rooms of a VAST property. It was lovely and I enjoyed it. But it was cursory to say the least. We were given no notion of the floor plan; of the layout of the rooms over all the floors. No indication of how many bedrooms or bathrooms or public rooms there were. Nothing, really. And that is BASIC. “If I were to advise buyers, I would tell them to keep looking for something more special and unique.” 😂 I knew you were full of shite anyway but that was a great confirmation. If you were a real estate agent (realtor) you’d sell your fucking spleen to flog a property of this value. You’d sell your kidneys. And your kids. You certainly wouldn’t direct potential buyers to competing properties because this one didn’t fulfil your own aesthetic values. Hilarious. 😂
Obviously nicer than I could even imagine owning but the decor is quite boring and same old same old. This house needs color and style. Not the entire catalog of pottery Barn.
