We are planning our first trip to go see homes, do any of the builders do a smooth finish on walls and ceilings? We have watched most of your videos and they all seem to be textured.
you probably would have to go a custom builder and ask say Partners in building if interested in a Master planned community or look at custom homes in the higher price points, if you are desire say a Lvl 5 drywall
