Awesome and relaxing to watch... you just find the best places to camp. I was pretty jealous until the steak & eggs came out, then I went red with envy! I was wondering, kitted out as you were in this video, what's the lowest overnight temperature you would feel safe (not necessarily 'comfotable') having to endure? As always, thank you! Joe, USA
Great video! Great bushcraft leento! I see that you finally got you some wool blankets. Was that a jar of honey butter you had? Good tuff right there bud, you Vikings do enjoy honey, I like honey too! I don't have Viking in my blood, but I have been a Ranger.
Lucas, Where to look at while looking for good blankets made of wool? What is important if wool blankets are used like you do? 16:20 What's that item that you use to sharpen the axe?
Hi, Just out of curiosity, but are you aware of the language/code (as I have come to call it, I know what it is though) within in Nature it's self?... I started seeing it my since the pandemic in 2020. I'm a subscriber from the Republic of Ireland. I have Viking blood in me my self. It's Norse though. My family on my mother's side is connected to Brian Boru. Keep up with the great content. 🤘👍👌
For an amateur, not bad. With all that wood it can be very enclosed to keep better warmth. Green live pine branches can act as rope. Nice recurve bow.as I've said before, cook when there are embers, fire can cook outside of meat too quickly and deceive you if the meat is not done. Always good to have a tarp no matter what. But if you really want to use all natural, put big logs to a dead tree. Notch It out. I see a lot of supplies there. But then again, maybe you like the cold feel. All good. Me personally, big logs for fire
8 days and you only made a 37 minutes video? Either you were staying back to your hotel for to long, or you didn't really spend 8 days out in the wild and you are a couch-potato like us, your viewers ;-)
Okay, here my issue. In the US you here a lot of "Leave no trace, leave only footprints" but like, this is creating habitats for small animals, breaking down organic matter for faster decomposition, and removing fire fuel. Like LNT is good if you don't know what you'rew doing, but also Bushcraft can just be good stewardship of the land
