WOW! What a beautiful work of art. Blends in so well with the rest of your home decor. We never know where your talent and imagination will take us. Your are so inspiring!
This might be your best diy! You are so very creative & using the foam instead of the expensive canvas was pure genius. I am definitely inspired. Thanks for sharing.
I just saw a video in my feed where I thought you had made a mini version of this piece and realized someone had copied your exact design as their own. I commented and asked if he was going to give you credit... I just can't believe people do that and think other viewers aren't going to see the original artist's video at some point. I put your RU-vid handle in the comment so people can see his "inspiration". I don't want to put his handle here because I don't want him getting more views for stolen art. It would've been different if he showed your thumbnail in his video or gave your channel info in his description but he didn't and people are praising HIS creativity. I'm a little irked, lol. You work so hard on your DIYs plus the time to film and edit, etc... 😤 I just think it's gross.
Katia! I love this SO much!! 💜💜💜 The fact that you used foam instead was amazing! Thanks for using your hat rack lol. 🤭 I would find it hard to find a stopping place. Your wall art and your jewelry, both amazingly good!! 😁😘🌸🌸🌸
Not only is the art piece unique and adds a huge WOW factor, but to see how you did it on a budget---too cool! Thanks for sharing your secrets to doing high-end, decorator art on an extreme budget. Who would ever know?
What a beautiful piece you've created. You make it look easy. Somehow I feel it's not. But that's OK. I'm loving it anyway. And am very inspired to do my version. Thank you.
Katia, the art piece you created was fabulous!!! Can you please tell us how you made the frame or was it purchased? I, too, do art work similar to this one, but the frames are so expensive. I would prefer to make them if possible.
I use hollow doors .........Rehab................I also use 4x8 sheetrock.........rarely do i install and of hang them due to weight........plus I love leaving artwork........
As someone who loves texture, this was amazing to watch you create this unique piece of art. I plan to create smaller “tiles” using this technique which will add even more texture to the overall look.
I enjoyed watching this so much girl. You make it look so easy that for a split second I convinced myself that I too can make this. Your creations are heavenly....I love how it amps up that space in your staircase. You look so pretty with all of your new pieces on and your hair up!!!!! I hope you can keep bringing us these amazing DIYs your vision and your unique creations are pure joy!!!
Your painting for the stair well is perfect!!! It is a continuation of the design of the stair railing!!! It flows and blends so beautifully in that special area!!! I really, really love it!!!💞💞🙃💞💞
FRICKIN AWESOME ART PIECE !👍👍 I wish you would have shown how you were able to hang it since the stairs would have been in the way for a ladder I'm assuming??? ❤
I love love love this. I love the. The board idea for a canvas is freaking genius. Thank you so much a trip to Home Depot is in my near future. Thank you thank you thank you keep making amazing things.
What you had there before was stunning but so to was this. I have been finding inspo from everywhere this was definitely an idea worth repeating. Thanks for sharing. Goal accomplished. How did you put the wood on to frame? I missed that step and it did elevate the look.
Hi Katia ❤ I have been following your RU-vid channel for so long. This is my first reaction.😊 Was this DIY a day or two or spread over several hours or days. Thinking a making mine own diy art. ❤you boho everything style Keep on being your self😊😊 ❤all you diy's.
LOVE IT! LOVE IT! Your creativeness is just boundless. This is so freeing! I really like that the projected ended up being made from basic items available at Homedepot or maybe at any major hardware store. Coming into your space for your family and friends are probably filled with unexpected and new anticipation to tantalize their scenses. Why do you use baking soda vs flour (I have a big bag of that), could this be an alternative or not? Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come
Love, love, love this piece, will be trying my own version. Would like to know how you affixed the frame to the styrofoam. Thanks, and make it a great day :)
I would caution everyone about this.. I just spent the better part of a week recreating something similar and it flopped. I’m still trying to find a solution.. but the wood around the foam has nothing to nail in to.. no way to hang it from the top. The wood and foam separate.. pretty sad because I spent a lot of time and money! Also, if she’d be specific in the paint colors she’s using because I DO love the color combo and I’m not get with paint mixing. I ended up spending 50.00 on paint to try to recreate but never liked what I did. I had to find another RU-vid video that had specific colors and it finally worked. Will most likely have to install a picture shelf to set this on if I even use it. Might be going in the trash 😢
I love your videos and this particular large wall piece. I need to do one this size but horizontally. Your design really emphasizes the vertical nature, how would you change the design to better accentuate a long wall over a sectional with the piecs about 4 feet tall and 8 feet wide. Thanks.
Hi! 15:56 just wondering how you attached the wood frame? Does it need to be glued to the styrofoam? I’m in the middle of recreating.. and nervous about how the wood frame will stay will no canvas frame to use nail gun to secure
Everytime U upload a new video I am so happy😃..This DIY is amazing, it looks like bought in NYC art gallery..👏❤so nice and unique..and U look so beautiful, outfit, necklaces, hair..wow❤❤❤
