Start form 1. Repulse Monkey 2. Brush knee 3. Wild horse parting mane 4. Cloud hand 5. Golden rooster standing on one leg 6. Kick heel 7. Grasp sparrow's tail 8. Cross hand
Im really glad i found your channel, for a couple week i have been searching tai chi video on youtube but there is not the same i mean even there is just 8 move, but when i search from channel A, B and C they post 8 tai chi move too, but not the same move ( that's why im really confuse at the moment which one is the correct 8 tai chi move because im new to tai chi ) and they didn't add the text what the name of the move ( that's make me more confuse ) , BUT AFTER ALL THIS WEEK FINALLY I FOUND YOUR CHANNEL THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR MAKING AWESOME TAI CHI VIDEO!
