~ 8 Hour ~ 432 Hz Pure Tone 

Look yall I'm in no way some metophisical/ spiratual kook. However I have been a audio engineer as well as a lifetime scholar of sound. To make a long story short, I have had numerous head injuries when I was younger and from age 30 till now I have suffered numerous problems related to mental health. I started listening to this tone and the 573hz tone 2 times a day for an hour at a time and the first night I swear I could feel the scartissue that's been accumulating in my brain disappear. I've had uncontrolled rage and depression for years and this therapy has done more for me in 3 days that nearly a year of doctors.

I just measured the audio frequency and this is indeed 432Hz. I have highly scientific equipment at my disposal and have verified this to be true.

I dont want the music, i just want the hard tone, thanks again!

I worked in a high security prison for 10 years. Sound and a particular pitch was used to control unmanageable behaviours or potential break outs. It worked. The officers were trained to function beyond the sound. The prisoners were incapacitated by it, as were the rest of us to some extent, so to those who scoff at the potential held within tone and sound to alter mind states and behaviours, you are very much mistaken.

So glad it doesn't have music to adulterate it and ruin the tone.

i re attuned all my instruments to 432hz, then went out and played for dimentia residents, amazing results. Truly amazing.

I've been sleeping with this playing softly in the room for about the past 10 days. .. This past workweek has been the best one I've had al year!! No joke.. Honestly I never thought I could go for a run or lift weights listening to a tone but now I have a hard time listening to anything else. 528 and 432 are my work out music now .. Its weird. I feel clear minded and seem to have extra energy when I listen to these tones.

I haven't done any research yet on this as I've only found out about this not even 1 hour ago. But I listened to barely 5 minutes of the 440 hz and it didn't feel very good. Which makes me think about most of the music I have been listening to. But this 432 hz feels natural. Praise Yah for this frequency.

I've been listening to this type of 'sound therapy' for a few years now, various tones, 528, 432, etc., and binaural beats. Very relaxing, or at other times, very motivating, depending on frequency. Wireless headphones allows me to get other things done .during the day, but also use headphones sometimes at night to sleep with the sounds as well. Thanks very much for this lengthy one. I, too, am going to try it with plants (suddenly had a funny image of plants with headphones on... lol)

The hardware I use is a pure sine generator. This means it creates whichever frequency i plug in, it can be 440 or 432, I manually choose the exact frequency!

Tried this tuning on my guitar. It makes the valve tubes in my amp sound amazing. This is the tuning used in the great classical music.

Thank you for this. I think you people that help others out this way should be commended. There are people that actually extend a hand and help out. Then there are nay sayers. Then there are those that try to prevent any kind of help by saying it's all BS..don't do it. I can understand caution in some things as there are lots of people out there that get a kick out of harming others but when you come across people that actually put something out there that helps..well these are good people.

For my own curiosity I just recreated this pure sine wav in "ableton live" "cubase" and "Logic Pro" These are three of the top music production programs and I use all of them for various projects. The tone sounds identical in everyone and exactly like this video..... I also plugged in 475 and it was noticeably higher. Not sure what audio analyzing software you used, but I am going to assume three of the top production programs available are generating a correctly pitched sine wave....

Basically every professional production program can create a pure sine - however there are free ones also - give audacity a try - great free program!

Its like "tuning a guitar" but instead I am "tuning me"..

I gotta admit... I just consciously and in a focused manner listened to this entire thing, with no breaks, even to use the bathroom, and I feel pretty good. I think it's working! At one point, I thought I might just be completely delusional and wrapped up in some made up construct of my own devising, mixed with yet other third party realities as deluded as mine, but then I pushed on through that. And now here I am! It worked!!!

This is freaking me the F out! A few years ago we went to Waldo Lake way up in the mountains, one of the purest lakes in the world! We drove a long while to get there 5,420′ surface elevation. Lake maximum depth of 420 feet, (notice 420) in which you can see the bottom it is so clear! When we arrived I stepped out of the car and was bombarded with this eerie sound of absoulute silence, yet it was a sound, it gave me a panic attack. I could not describe the sound but it felt like a ringing in my ears of perfect harmony. That sound I will never forget. Fast forward to today, researching frequencies, geometry in nature, I come across the perfect sound 432Hz and sweet geezus! THIS is the sound I heard. The perfect sound of nature?!. I would love to hear if anyone else has experienced that sound in nature? My mind is blown. Thank you and good night :)

Thank you for this tone. I find it funny that there are videos with 432hz tones that overlay a 440hz music.... If you want 432hz music, which we all do, you have to have the instrument tuned, the frequency change is not the actually harmonic vibration caused by gods notes. Have a wonderful day all

I used this for microphone/speaker testing today - needed a constant tone and this worked wonders!

this is actually really calming for me and helps me 'center' myself...I have a sensory disorder and my hearing tends to be hypersensitive. Lots of different, clashing sounds and whatnot not only overwhelms me and causes anxiety, it can make me feel physically ill. When I listen to this with my eyes closed for a while everything else just drifts away and I feel a lot less 'off balanced' and out of sync. New sensory tool! Yay! :D

I have bipolar was on medication 7months ago in order to feel stable, calm and clear headed. However the sensation after 8 hrs listened to this 432hz frequency, i am able to feel exactly like i was on med. Very calm, clear mind, focus and happier. Thank you for sharing this video.

Based on Jeff Hawkins book titled "On Intelligence", I propose an idea, but first... _________________________________________ Hawkins explain that your brain makes predictions based on a hierarchical memory system where being higher in the hierarchy lead to more advanced cortical treatment (high level prediction) and being lower lead to easier prediction. (Always based on your memory and previous life experiences). One way to understand this is by the learning process. When you learn something new, its hard to make prediction about it and your brain need to go higher and higher in the hierarchy to solve this problem and be able to make prediction out of it. When your higher cortical treatment successfully makes predictions, lower level cortical treatment becomes able to predict and so on. This liberate the higher region of the hierarchy to perform other attentional task. This occur by exemple when you first learned to drive and not so long after you can have a good discussion with your passenger while driving. So, when there is something new, it goes up in the hierarchy and as it become easier it goes down to let higher regions available. ___________________________________________ Now, lets get to it. Listening to a straight tone will at first, if its new, go higher and higher in your cortical hierarchy until your brain is able to predict the sequence. Since it is constant in time, it is easy to solve the prediction and it result by downgrading rapidly to lower regions. Thereby, higher cortical regions becomes available. With a headset that block sound, you won't be distracted anymore by every small sounds that climb your prediction hierarchy. It become a powerful "brain-hack" if you want to focus on something like studying, reading a book or solving a problem. Like this if you want more people to know :P And in case there is any syntax or semantic issues, please forgive me im not perfectly bilingual ^^ Its all about the idea!! :D ~~~~~~~~~~~ Enjoy your tone ! ~~~~~~~~~~
