Incredible! 🤯 Last night was the first time trying a "whole tone" frequency.... Instantly felt surrounded by a protective bubble and slept so deeply that I awoke super early with all kinds of ideas and creativity (!!) first time listening to the 528hz. Is this the "C" note?. Listened to it while falling asleep. Experienced odd fragmented dreams, but woke up will lots of energy. I like the way I feel today. Not sure why.

I'm guessin' ur a Christian? I am too, I know a lot of Christians might be wary of these frequencies, but from my research I've found the opposite, our Creator, us, and every living thing all have energy and life, but the reason why many think it's Satanic is because many new agers and buddists, etc, think these are good, but demons usually use some truth to deceive, but I think these do help in some way, but Elohim and Yahshua are what we really need and prayer to heal ourselves and others.

Religions exert control and dominance, rules, mandates and judgment thus limiting and not expanding our personal walk with the creator and in my mind they do not allow for the unlimited expansion of God's sacred gifts promised in all religious texts. I refuse to allow MAN to tell me who I am in God and what I am in God! I shucked those chains long ago and have felt the power pure faith gives me in the real world. ABout five minutes into this tone , I heard two other tones in my head , , as if they were being tuned like a guitar to this 528 Hz tone. Pleasantly pressure was relieved from my head/brain , my heart started to feel Good , A pleasant burning: like all the fear and worry being eaten up by a "Kosher Marshmallow"...holy Spirit? Ahava? Start with 440hz then listen to 432hz, you will feel the difference. Sound creates you..... There must be a plan why the government switched the music from 432hz the natural Sound to 440hz. The Nazis know something ;)

If you put the playback speed to 0.25 you can listen to it 4x longer. You can also continually pause and unpause it for a weird effect in 0.25 speed.

It is a wave, first and foremost, it should permeate you and be detected spiritually, even without hearing. This is a single tone anyway, it's not a blend. Wouldn't hurt to go ahead and turn it on, and try it for some time.

Anyhow, I just wanted to say that I find all the Solfeggio a very trippy affair. I started with Ambient, then down to Minimalist. Just little tones and dings, some tones.....and then I found Nirvana. One man's snake oil is another's Audio Heaven !!! Maybe I am just weird. ;) I am stoned. ~~:)
