I’ve never even written a comment on RU-vid before. But I feel like this place is as safe as it gets. For whoever reads it, things do get better. I’m just a 16 year old boy, but I’ve learned time only continues to pass and that means that any pain you have now will fade, any new pain you experience will eventually go away. So make the most of it. Don’t constantly believe you are hurt because then you can’t see beautiful things in our world. Yes, there is violence, hate, oppression, sadness, anger, and so much more. Just so you know I’ve been listening to this every night for 3 years now. And I mean absolutely no joke, EVERY night. You have no clue how much anxiety and restless sleeps this has fended away. I cant go a single night without this playing. You’ve truly affected my life 😭

My son and daughter and I have fallen asleep to this music since it was only 6 months on RU-vid. Now it's years later and millions of views. I used to come here during my depression days. I have seen and went through the worst. What helped me the most was prayers and stoicism philosophy. When in doubt, pray. And do go through stoicism quotes. They help you gain control over your mind.Exercise control over your mind. One of my favourite quotes is Look well into thyself, there is a source of strength which will always spring up when you look. Things do get better. Trust me.
