FAQs about Shaolin Gurukul : 1) Where is it located? It is in Pangot Village near Nainital, Uttarakhand 2) Do you need to be experienced to go there or beginners can also come & train? Anyone who's willing to learn can register for the camp and train, it's a learning experience irrespective of your level. 3) What is the duration of these camps? The camps are usually about 8/15/30 days long, it depends on the course that you're learning. 4) What is the cost for these training camps? Again, it varies based on the course that you opted for and it's duration. But 8-15 day camps are around 35k and 30 day camps would be slightly higher. 5) How to register for this? Overall, it's a wonderful experience, I've always come back as a better individual, mentally and physically. I'd highly recommend that you should come for this camp at least once in your life😌.

I used to get trained by shifu 5 years ago, and I still remember while teaching shifu ji hit me to make me understand technique, it was so hard that still I ca feel that power..he is really awesome

Bro I'm shocked why they sprinting on a hard surface like this , I don't know about martial arts but this will creat problems for there knees, they should train on grass or sand and it will also improve there tendon stiffness. @@ayanjaved4357 Yes you're right, there are various factors involved. Exactly why we can't state that running on a hard surface is bad for the knees. What you saw here was raw training, it was all about pushing yourself irrespective of the environment that you're in. Running technique matters a lot, especially in the longer run where someone has been running for years. But you eventually will condition your legs to be able to run on any surface with ease.
