Does it big anyone else how the pokeys move? In the original Mario World, pokeys had actual frames where they only slightly swiveled their segments. In SMM2, the pokeys in all first 4 game styles are completely static. Their body segments just wiggle excessively, even more so than stacked enemies. Not even the NSMBU pokey has proper animation. It’s face segment is always static. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t like that in the original. I’ve been annoyed by this “minor” detail ever since I pointed it out in the 2.0 update preview video. The swiveling really does annoy me, since it seems something that a fan would do and not something Nintendo would do. They did however, and it really bothers me.
