I'd like to see Garrett's mountain bike track when he's done👍👍👍 You were a good sport, Garrett, letting your dad turn you into the "crash test" dummy like that😉
Kudos, Garrett! Way to be a good sport, bud! It was pretty easy to see that this was obviously all staged, but with a good message behind all of it. Neil, great job once again! To both of you, tractor on, have fun, stay safe, AND have a safe and happy 4th of July!!
Great video! As a former safety instructor seeing some of the ways people use equipment scares the living pajaggers out of me. Keep up these tip videos. Your presentation is fantastic!
Garrett is a good sport to put up with dad and act the part. I bet he's a better operator than most adults on tractors. This video will be helpful to a lot of the idiots out there.
Great job Garrett! From the very start I knew you were much smarter than the gimmicks your Dad set up for you! And….I’m a thinking you deserve a NEW dirt bike of your choice for being a good sport! Great video and reminders for all of us! 👍👍👍👍
Garrett, I'm pretty sure absolutely no one who watched this video thought you didn't know what you're doing!!!! Just by seeing how well you did it wrong, it was clear you knew what you were doing!
With nothing on the forks, if you raise the boom to full height, with full curl, a fork can potentially come loose and fall on cab depending on how the frame is made.
I don't have a loader for moving dirt ! I have a reversable scope that goes on the 3 point hitch. As I can move more dirt and or gravel with the scope than someone with a bucket. My scope was made for a much bigger tractor and is been modified to fit and work with my little 234 International hydrostatic 18HP. Tractor! The only thing that is bad for me is a very sore neck from turning around all day.
Neil maybe it was a bad angle and I couldn't see it, but make Garrett use the seat belt! It's one of the things I have to remind myself every time I get in the seat. If we are taught and practice safety at a young age it comes more naturally as we age.
Two suggestions for new tractor owners that do not get enough emphasis: 1. Put the rollbar up when in use if your compact tractor has a foldable rollbar. 2. The rollbar will not save your life if you don't wear your seatbelt. Great video, thanks.
I rarely comment. I really enjoyed this, firstly as it highlights issues most operators have worked through over time but mostly due to Garrets and Neil’s interaction. Obvious he was setup to fail in order to produce video. Hi from Oz.
Move all 8 to the right 1 and add the first mistake to most tractor loader errors as (Not having a tooth bar on your loader bucket). There thats the biggest mistake.
Garrett I knew he was making you do that stuff. Shame on him. I have see you dad do some major screw ups. You are probably more cautious than him. Just Saying.🤔
I almost flipped my tractor 3-4 times in the past 2 weeks , roll overs are real and if you dont use your thinker, its gonna be tits up faster than you can blink and eye, now i took the backhoe off to use another implement but if you have the backhoe, use it for ballast it might make the difference from going home or going to the hospital or worse, life is far better with 10 fingers , 10 toes, 2 arms and 2 legs , and not in a wheel chair , safety first folks
I just got my loader (western pa)... i would love to have a whole series of the first time Dos and Donts. Not much content on the tube and would love to see more. I have watched your 50 hour service video half dozen times and wouldnt mind more content. Lets gooooo
Haha great video guys. I've often wondered why tractor loaders don't roll the bucket back near as far as a backhoe or articulating loader? I catch myself on occasion leaving the loader kinda high so the material doesn't spill out the front of bucket.
@@MessicksEquip dang it, why are all the good tractor stores on the east side of the United States!?! We really need some good ones over here on the western side of the United States… particularly Idaho and Texas! But no wonder it’s so beautiful at Your place as Pennsylvania is apparently a pretty green state.
Don't worry kid I could tell he was making a made up safety video from the start. I do thank you for the tips because I will be buying my first tractor soon and need to learn.
Neil, you need to work on your acting skills. Clearly the approach to the problem was deliberately flawed. All these difficulties allow the all-wise tractor guru to correct his bumbling apprentice. Your son was a good sport to allow himself to appear so inept.
