Not a practical house. This is like a flat. And only two rooms above. The area is not utilized properly plus the rooms above are not big enough

I am from Karachi, relocating to Isd with family. We have a budget of 1 crore, kindly tell me what would be an ideal option. I had listened water supply is a big issue there. I'd watch videos about some economic places near Bani Gala, Insaf chowk etc but that seems under developed. Also watched a bunch of videos for societies near airport.
