Overall interior and exterior is surely a modern design. But alot of wastage of space can be seen. It's a 8 Marla House having only 3 bedrooms and 1 kitchen and garage for only 1 car park.

Beautifully designed, but kitchen is too small and doesn't have enough rooms, 1st floor built so small. I loved the color combinations. Price is high. Thanks

Color combinations and fixtures are amazing but the 8 maral space could have better design as the kitchen and TV lounger are small and there is no space for dinning table.

Some houses are made to live in with alot of space. Look at the space of rooms, bathrooms. In 8 marla you can either make alot of small bedrooms or spacious large rooms with comfortable tv lounge. This house is to live yourself as a family and not for rental purposes.

Nice house - no need for outdoor sitting area on 2nd floor instead make a room. Also, too much glass windows on first floor. The neighbors will be peeking all day long. The privacy will be an issue in long term. The 8marla can be build with all amenities if plan right.

Oh bhai, gas tak nahi iss ilaaqay mein door door tak koi market nahi. 3 crore 25 lakh mein main Defence side par banda used ghar le kar renovate na karwa le. Iss gaon mein iss ghar ki price total 2 crore 25 lakh honi chahiye. Ye zameen intehai sasti thi jab idhar kaam start hua. Zameen par aajayein plz

Koi pagal or haram کمانے wala hi le gha, 3 karor 25 lakh me canal ka ghar bn jatta hy in simple style, DHA me lene se behtar or buht achi society hain jaha in se kai km qemat me buht acha ghar bn jata hy,I purchased 10 marla plot bharia Tauheed block nearest to Eifel tower, over all expense to makeover including plot is,( just telling because please DHA k fraud se bachoo,) approximately 17 to 18 million Rs.
