Wow for 8 minutes I thought that I was in heaven. My home is filled with negatives and badhas so when I meditate I fell very less vibrations on my Sahastrara but after meditating along with this video I could feel an intense coll breeze,I felt that I was in a SY center when I was actually at home.JSM and thank you......
i am always having low self esteem with myself and it seems like this made me discover a whole new person inside, myself, now i feel like a new person. This was amazing. thank you so much
+aurelie verdalle hi hot hands during meditation indicate that things are clearing, warm hands during everyday activities are a sing of a self realised person, have you tried going to a SY meeting near you there are yogis that will help with your journey but just enjoy the meditation and don't think too much have a nice day
+psychedelicminefield hey thank you for your comment and i'm still doing meditation breathing ect...and yes I will soon join a group near my place ,have a lovely day!
Love the music, but the instructions should be spoken, so it's easier to relax with closed eyes instead of opening them regularly to check for follow-up comments.
@alberto71474 First they said the Ganesha Mantra-OM TWAMEVA SAKHSHAT SHRI GANESH SHAKSHAT SHRI ADHISHAKTI MATAJI SHRI NIRMALA DEVEIN NAMOH NAMAHA.Then were just sayin a classical music. You don't need to sing that during meditation.
"Put your attention at the top of your head", is that the last instruction? Don't we have to deep breathe or something or is that it? I'm a beginner, please help.
That's the only thing, That is why it is sahaja means simple. Please don't put too many questions.. Just keep the attention at the top of your crown and watch the thoughts coming and don't react to it
I suggest you go to a Sahajyog Center near you. You will better understand every step when you do it in person. The entire meditation will be exponentially more powerful as more people join in and will be better for everyone. I promise you it will be worth your time.
I'm sorry I don't get it. I was hoping for a guided meditation. I've read a bit about what Sahaja Yoga is and where it's from. And that in scientific neurological studies it was the most effective of its peers and the only meditation that decreased the skin temperature as opposed to increase it, as some other meditations do. But I don't know how to actually meditate like they do. There arr no step by steps that I can find. This clip simply told me to concentrate on the top of my head and listen to this, admittedly, pretty song.
