I have been using your workouts for years, now I regularly cycle through quick burn cardio, blast away 10 lbs, body blitz and boot camp workouts… using ankle and wrist weights I’ve amped it up and lost that last 15 lbs I had been trying to lose. I’m in better shape and stronger than I’ve ever been. I just love your workouts and your energy. Thank you so much!!

I live her too I had my son at 17 her VHS Bounce back after Baby got me looking better than I ever did in my life!!! I found it on RU-vid I still love all of her workouts!! I also have Rhuematoid Arthritis and can still do her workouts❤❤

Yes! I am 50 something and grateful for u since u were on ESPN. Now I am tryin to remember this other guy who had a workout show. Was it Gilad? I forgot.
