I’m suddenly obsessed with Birkenstocks! Would love LV to make a platform version 🤩. Honestly, in designer shoes, I prefer a leather bottom, as you did add a sole protector, rubber will wear down over time and can’t be repaired, leather soles can be replaced and more easily protected.

The website still has the slides. It has a rubber dole instead of leather. The slides upper strap is Velcro now.

Oh yes soul protecters are great I have taken a number of my shoes to the shoe maker to have these added to the bottom. The shoes look great they are in excellent condition. I have high arches too I know what you mean. Loved this 👍🥰😙

I always use a sole protector with my nice shoes. I love reviews like this because they are so helpful. They are my style and remind me of Birkenstocks. Love your reviews Deleen. You always look so cute and young!!!
