CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN PUMPKIN PANCAKES 1/2 c pumpkin purée 1/4 c egg whites 1/2 tap pumpkin spice 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk Chocolate chips add 1/2 c of pumpkin to a bowl with 1/4 c egg whites, 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Mix it up until smooth and then add 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk Grease your griddle and turn the temp a little lower than you normally would for pancakes. Scoop out a small amount at a time, spreading it so it goes on flat. Then add a few chocolate chips on top. This recipe will make 3 pancakes Let it sit for 3-5 minutes or until you can easily scoot the pancake around before flipping. You can add syrup or any topping but they’re delicious with nothing added on
PUMPKIN OVERNIGHT OATS In a glass jar add 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/4 c Greek yogurt 1/4 c pumpkin puree 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp vanilla extract a tablespoon of maple syrup or honey to sweeten. Stir it all together and let it sit in the fridge overnight Take it out of the fridge the next morning and it’s ready to go! You can eat it right out of the jar or add some toppings of your choice!

I make your chicken pot pie recipe but instead of cooking the biscuits separate I cut them in 4ths and add to crockpot for the last hour of cooking. They turn out like dumplings!! So good
