Nick helms songs are the best - jimmy Carr watched him live and was laughing with his weird laugh - Nick helm said to him ‘shut up jimmy I don’t come to your gigs and laugh’
When you've seen a few of these , and Rachael showing how to get them after failure , an easy one jumps out , I got it Nicks way .Susie is a really good sport in these .
😮 😒 😓 Poor sweet Jody, please don't say you "suck at everything". 🙃 🤭 😁 First off, that just sounds dirty. Second, obviously you don't... you're a school teacher! Words and arithmetic are the basics. Although, come to think of it... you do teach in one of the Dakotas - which? I can never remember - Oh Lord, I hope you don't suck at everything. Those children, and our future are counting on you... both you. 😉 😆 🤣 😂 😊 Just joshing wish ya, sweetheart! Of course you're not bad at everything. And it's so sweet to see hubby so encouraging! 😍 💗 💞 💖
On the letters round you should never start making words while the letters are still being picked and hoping for a certain letter. That way you box your mind in to a certain lane it's very hard to then get out off.
Sean Lock pointed out when our annoyances with Americans in this vid I'm not sure you've heard of, which obviously affects the Irish to. That being the tendency to say "Can I please get" rather than "Can I please have" LOL
Hahahaha, when you started writing on your wrist and were taking a while, I thought... Is Jodie writing an essay... no... a simple smiley face.. hahaha, it took an age. Hahahaha 😂😂😂 Man, I feel so much better about myself ❤❤❤
I’m starting a campaign for Jodi to no longer be put through this. I remember the frustrations of my own very well. The early days where the groups of letters don’t jump out at you and you don’t yet see the nuanced ways to use the numbers. It becomes almost like a muscle memory eventually. (There’s definitely a better way to say that last sentence) At least when I first started watching I had 5 episodes a week to practice. But man, it was frustrating and annoying for a while. Feeling and knowing you’ve got better in you but not getting it out yet. And at least I was almost alone. Nobody was watching me.
I do the same as you nick, try and multiply up to get near then use the rest of the numbers to hit the target. Whilst it worked this time the way John did it is often how the harder ones are solved. I.e. Use the numbers to try and find the multiple of the target
Susie Dent has so much class. You always say you love that accent I can’t stand it as it trigger bad trauma from someone with an Irish accent making my life hell for years but that’s a personal issue 😂. It was bloody awful 😮
25 - 5 = 20 x 10 = 200 - 7 - 3 = 190, You guys are training your brain to the games and are improving, the game and these comments just go to show how people have so many different ways of doing the math.
I was at 7 points at the end of the last one First letter game, I just got a bunch of 5s, so nothing I managed to get the numbers round before the time even started. It was quite an easy one. I did (25-5-1)*10=190 - 10 points So scoring as if I were on the show, I would be on 17 points. Just from the two numbers games
Guys, you mentioned toasty, how do you do your across the pond, we have many ways, i use a teflon pocket, make the sandwich pop in pocket, pop in toaster, they las for about a 100 goes per pocket, and cost about £1.00 each, pack of 2 for £2.00 i should have said lol, Or i use the formeman Grill, they do a great job, both methods easy clean, wipe and go
@@cerisambrook7692 I was only joking really. Although you could be forgiven for hoping, that basic numeracy and literacy, were in every teachers toolkit.
@@arkadybron1994it is, but generally one only needs to understand formulas. There is more than one ways to add and multiply. Plus people generally aren't trying to find the fastest in a class in 30secs
