Just recently watched “Rapid Fire” for the first time. The loss of Brandon Lee as he was arriving still feels huge.

I think about Brandon a lot, its so tragic. To have this cultural icon father who passed when you were very young, and you are now out there forging your own path only to have your own life cut so short. He said he wanted to branch out of action and do some of everything. I think he would have had a similar career to someone like Keanu Reeves or Tom Hanks, who I believe he even mentioned was a role model of his in an interview.

Very sad that Brandon Lee died so young, I mean, imagine how many more action films he would have done if he were still alive, maybe he would even be playing John Wick in theaters. Well, at least he was one of the guys I wanted to play this character, with all due respect to Keanu Reeves.
