8 Real Polar Bear Habitats! (Planet Zoo Inspiration) 

Big thanks to Elegant Duck for suggesting polar bears, and for being this channel's very first member! What a fun coincidence! Next week we're looking at Hippos, as was suggested by someone else. If you've got an animal you wanna see, let me know and I'll see if I can prioritize it! Otherwise, after the hippo we'll do the Amur Leopard :)

The brick podium at the AquaZoo exhibit is where keepers do the polar bear inspection. They do med check ups with the bears, while educating the visitors. It is really impressive to see one stand up against the fence on two paws when they feel like cooperating.

As for American Polar Bear exhibits we have a few world class ones like Columbus and Detroit but most of the others are average but we dont have very many that we can call abysmal

Polar Bear Habitats my like is from Blijdorp, Monde Sauvage, Ouwehands Dierenpark, Pairi Daiza, Wildlands and Zoom Erlebniswelt. I like for Polar Bear to get so Large Enclosure like Arctic Landscape🏔🌲 or Iceland🏔🧊 with Big Cave for Nest and Large Lake for Swimming🌊🐻‍❄🥽, also as Underwater Viewing for ZOO-Guests.🌊🐻‍❄🏔🤩😉👍✨

About the 3rd enclosure of ZOOM. It’s currently for a single polar bear. BUT… it’s a polar bear with dwarfism. So that’s probably the reason why it is a smaller enclosure.

Wuppertal is very lucky that you didn't include their horrible former (untill 2022) Polar bear habitat. It was the part of the Hagenbeck Panorama between the sea lions and the ibex

heyo, back with my UK zoo info, unfortunately as with a few other species I have never seen a polar bear, but there are four holders of them here in the UK. The first two holders have had polar bears for a while and they are Highland wildlife park and Yorkshire wildlife park. Both of these zoos have multiple yards for their polar bears. The other two both got their polar bears very recently. all the polar bears at these two facilities were rescued from Orsa Rovdjurspark in Sweden as that zoo is closing down, the two zoos that got the polar bears are Peak wildlife park and Jimmy's farm and wildlife park, the exhibt at Jimmy's farm opens on the 21st of October and is apparently now the largest polar bear complex in the UK.

If I could ask for one more animal, can you do the lion after hippos or you wanted to leave it for end of the series if it ever comes to the end?
