Out of 8 reasons for itchy B are at least 8 things to do/not do. After many tests I believe mine is fungal, So.. NO sugar! No yeast! No alcohol, No honey (sweets feed fungus) This has all been so hard to do the burning & itching are debilitating.
Sugar was the cause for me too. But honey is natural so I think a little of that was ok. Also, there are things I added to the diet such as garlic, apple cider vinegar (teaspoon in tea everyday) and grape seed extract pills....this combined with natural foods and a lot of water helped me.
2 years ago I bought a bidet attachment for my toilet off Amazon and installed it. It was very easy and there’s videos to help you. Since then my problems virtually went away and I save a ton on toilet paper. If I do have an occasional flare up, I have a jar of witch hazel ointment that I also got off Amazon and it calms the savage beast.
Dr. Islam, I suffered from "sticky poop" meaning that it would not come out completely hence endless wiping. Could never get it all so had dirty drawers and an itchy butt.. Solution: psyllium fiber. 2 tablespoons in a tall glass of water per day. After a couple of days, poop would exit entirely and be somewhat firm (not hard). Caution: don't go overboard with this stuff. It can thicken up and can choke you or get caught going down. Thanks for your great videos!
I've got hemorrhoids pretty fierce. I drink fruit/veggie smoothies and eat nuts and stay away from breads and pasta, I find that helps a lot. In the case of a flair up, coconut oil on or "in" the affected area is almost instant relief.. Only Extra Virgin for My bottom!
Finally, someone who breaks down other reasons besides pinworms that can be making your butt itch. I was paranoid for a very long time and finally got my suspicions of stuff that I was eating to make my behind itch.
Everything you eat has an affect on your body, the smell, itching, poop. If you eat poor quality food it will show, if you don't eat enough fruit/veggies it will show. If you eat a lot of pork you will smell like a pig when you poop. Ladies, especially what you eat determines how you smell down there. That's why you have some guys say 'she smelled bad'. Your diet plays a big part in the up keep of ones body. Many black people have very poor diets. Too much fried food.

If you get poop on your hand would you wipe it with a piece of toilet paper absolutely no. I always use wet wipes 🧻 not toilet paper.You are not clean and stink if you use just toilet paper 🤷🏼♂️
I am 65. Havnt had itchy bottom since i was a little boy. Even after 7 days without bathing and slept in the field. Hot shower after a week in the field feels sooo good.

The one thing that's worked for three generations of our family's haemorroids is the same Rawleigh's Antiseptic Salve that was originally sold for treating skin injuries on livestock and humans. It's a thick petrolatum ointment with phenol (carbolic acid) as the active ingredient. Grandpa used it on his cow and horse, and on himself.

I haven't had that problem since I installed a Bidet attachment.. I got one on ebay for $30.00 and I've never felt cleaner and itch free. I would recommend for anyone.
very true. Even when you get constipated like it's hard to pass the first part open the bidet and let water run, spray and wet the bottom (anal) while you are trying to push poop... it helps to poop without hurting the place.

Well my bottom sent me here and I must say I'm grateful. I just figured out I have pinworms, it's night here and as I speak to you I'm not having it easy with my bottom. Sometimes I really wanted to cry but I figured out the problem after online research and I know what to do next. I need to improve my hygiene, I need to get yeast infection and pinworms medicine, and the main prob is the food here in my country are very spicy, if it's not spicy it's like eating paper (rice,soup, meat, fish). And before now I already figured out milk I drank with cocoa tea triggers it(I took it today that's why I'm suffering tonight) and chocolate cake(it never does me any good. Don't even like the taste.) , Carbonated drinks( I like fanta that has sugar. I don't like the zero sugar fanta at all. Infact the last time I took it was like drinking metal. Blurrh!). Sorry I talked a lot. You see I never thought I'd be this open one day so thanks everybody especially poop guru😁 and I know I will return with good news one day. Wish me luck pls!
My butt doesn't itch, BUT (there's always a BUTT) my physically handicapped husband has a hard time getting real clean, so I assist and I apply Desitin (I came up with this idea because if it's good for diaper rash it has to be good for irritated bottoms), I'm glad I found your video and you confirmed my thoughts on Desitin. 👍💩
Yes! Although I have found that- just like on my babies bottoms, years ago, Desitin can be difficult to get off. I felt like it was actually trapping bacteria at times. That's when I discovered "Aquaphor", which I used to think was just like Vaseline, but it's actually an amazing ointment for so many applications. It was recommended for my grandson's eczema when he was little. Since then, I've discovered it's perfect for everything from lip balm, makeup remover, itchy dry AND damp spots, etc. Love the stuff~ can you tell?! My husband is pleased with it as well, for the same reasons you mention above. Hot sauce does it to me all the time and pay for it the following day. Im trying to keep it real, so here is the nasty part. Manscaping helps to eliminate most of the bacteria captured during bowel movements. Besides an enema, It's almost impossible to be 100% clean. So I have to do all I can on the outside and wash it with natural soaps. Stay away from detergent soaps like dial, Irish spring and etc. ( it is what it is, a royal pain in the ass).
Ok I am dropping coffee I am dropping wet baby wipes I am no Doubt to clean I kept thinking it was dirty or something and it’s driving me crazy and I have cut out sugar in case it was yeast and I have tried everything I juice I bland I’m on vegetables I’ve done everything I know to do and it’s just driving me up the wall as far as not scratching that’s a tall order. Mine is worse at night. Anyway if I am doing anything wrong here please tell me.
Try caprylic acid. Work up to 6000mg a day and it'll kill it off in your gut. Not all the way but down to a manageable level. It got rid of my itchy butthole. And itchy crotch. I know tmi but the topical treatment wasn't cutting it because I've taken so many steroids.
Am a suffer as well. After diagnosis of calcium oxalate kidney stones I went on very low oxalate diet. It cured me of kidney stones, tonsil stones, 20 year debilitating migraines, chronic diahhrea, itchy anus, sweaty hemorroidal tissue, joint pain, etc, etc.... Try getting tested for high oxalate levels before living a low oxalate diet life.... best of luck

It turns out using mustard on my haemorrhoids was causing my itchy anus. I read it online as a natural remedy and tried it for about 2 weeks but the itching was very bad.

I don't know how the hell I came across this video but I can't stop laughing. You forgot one thing though. I had an itchy butt for a while but I figured out what it was. It was the Scott toilet paper I was using. Soon as I got away from it, the itch went away. There was obviously some weird stuff going on with that paper. It was horrible. I'll never go back to using it. Some of those other ones with the super thickness to them have some of the same result. Pick your toilet paper (not your ass) wisely.

I watched your videos and I was at flabbergasted at the amount of information you shared. I thought coffee in the morning could be part of the problemas my problems are always in the morning, then it goes away at around noontime. Today, I had mint tea instead of coffee. My doctor suggest me to take hot stream of water with hexisol(chlorhexidine gluconate) . When i take stream my anus iches too much but after taking the stream therapy my anus feel so good and i dont have the ichy feeling on my anus whole day. but if I do not take the stream therapy for some days it again begins to icching.

I have a habit of getting in the shower after going number 2, I hate not feeling clean. So I guess that's why I have an itchy bunghole 😔I'm just too clean.
