ICP has one of the worse user interfaces. Trying to figure out how to stake my ICP is so confusing. That is my biggest criticism of ICP is that it is not intuitive to use.

It will make more sense to stake during a bear market. Eight years is a long time. However, you could stake a number of times with a different maturity date. For example, stake 20% of your tokens to expire in 6 months. Then another 20% to expire in 1 year.

It is better to sell at resistances and buy the dips, you dont have to lock it for 8 years and in just one single trade like this, you get all those free ICPS

I’m a little bit confused about the voting rewards aspect of this. So you earn an APR plus voting rewards? Or you use the voting rewards to earn the APR? Like, are these two things separate or intertwined? Can someone please explain this to me?

Voting rewards is the return you get for locking your ICP in a neuron and this return is calculated in APR aka annual percentage RETURN on your locked ICP aka your PRINCIPAL

I would stake ICP to 2028 but no further. When the World Ecobomic Forum says by 2030 you will own nothing and be happy, that is not good news for people who own houses and other investments.

A bet on ICP is a bet on the tech lead and the largest team in the space. A bet on Celsius was just a bet on a company. Celsius didn't produce anything....they just borrowed your crypto and invested it poorly lol. You can do that yourself.

@@drawgam2946in short, the most impressive tech stack I have seen in this space and an evolving ability to store assets on chain at a fraction of the data costs other chains will charge when and if they can do so.....eliminates the need for oracles, IT staff etc. in short....this is actual tech magic lol.

Well constellation dag (directed acyclic graph) is the only crypto that it’s core technology is based on Fibonacci sequencing (god’s fingerprint) replicating nature in the underlying code.
