I love this video you made here. Very solid. So thank you for that. I'll continue watching the series, feel free to reach out. A metaphor I like to use is something that I believe remains true. When a person starts a fast the first couple days are the hardest, between the first and second day separated from food is when we feel the most hungry. Then as the fast gets longer our desire to eat goes away more and more with more time. I believe it's the same with the Word of God. When we read it consistently we learn to long for it every day. But when we eat it only ever so often our spirits have a hard time taking it in. It's like after a fast your stomach is small and as hungry as you feel, you can only eat so much because your stomach has shrunk. It is the same. The Word of God is called the Bread of Life. And the Holy Spirit is referred to as Living Water. We can't live without bread and water physically. So I would argue our spirit can't live without The Word of God and without the Holy Spirit.
