Fantastic teaching and creativity. Probably half a semester's worth of film school condensed into 9 crisp, concise and clear minutes. Much obliged sir!
No such thing as a film school anymore and don't go to one that calls itself a "film school". We make movies, not films. We work with DIGITAL Video. :-)
You are by far the greatest tutorial guy I’ve ever watched. You are easy to understand for beginners while giving professional and complex ideas. Thank you for the awesome content!
This is what it called “giving doesn’t make you poor”…. Thanks for being so generous for people who want to learn video making but don’t need money to take expensive lessons…. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Loved it, In the time of small attention span where we are bored in just 30 seconds, I watched this full tutorial without fast forwarding and without any interruption. Great work.
Awesome awesome awesome!!!! I know its been two years but with one of the AI trackers like the Hohem M6 those wall rotates around the subject would be really easy. Thanks for your efforts!
This is exactly what I was looking for, great video and amazing tips. Every time you search for gimbal tips or etc I get videos of people unboxing the DJI OM. Thank you!
Man, this is absolutely mindblowing and so helpful. Just got my first Gimal (DJI OM4) and this helps me a lot to get an idea what to do with this beast :)
Outstanding tutorial and I am going to test all of them and will practice till I get perfection in them and will share what I got with my audience and hope they will get surprised. Thank you so so much for sharing this valuable tutorial and teaching us what is missing in our filmography. Loved liked and admired keep it up and keep bringing more and more for us. LOVE YOU MAN

Such an epic video! So many amazing transition tips. I can’t wait to get out there and try them. My favorite is the through the floor transition but closely followed with the green screen on the lens
I found this video for some tips and realized its filmed in the city I grew up in, living on the other side of the world now. Thanks for the help and the walk down memory lane !
Wow! Amazing smooth transitions. I like all the transitions. I'll try to practice and apply what I have learned on this video and I'm so excited for the future result. Thank you so much
Fantastic, thanks again for providing straight forward easy to follow and replicate tutorial. You always provide such professional lessons that anyone can follow.
This is super cool stuff and I'm sure it must have taken you a lot of thought and effort to come up with these. So thank you for generously sharing such great tips for free. I'm already using some of them and it never fails to wow people :)
Extremely helpful and well-produced; the combination of instruction, before and after shots is very educational. Thank you for sharing these techniques.
Would love to see a more detailed breakdown of the wall orbit. I tried this one and it came out a bit jerky even after post stabilization. Would love to see what the proper camera settings are
Great video Steve, absolutely awesome. I have learnt so much from you in the last couple of months, and I will definitely be using these transitions in the future, especially in our next music video featuring my wife and I love them all. Thank you, keep on doing what you doing.

Except for the vortex, I don't see why a gimbal is required since the internal phone stabilization is now so good. Maybe add a short handle to the phone to make holding it easier, but other than that...
Since you guys are so confident, why don't you try shooting with a gimbal vs an advanced phone. I tried and still found the 3 axis gimble videos to be more stable & used a Iphone 12 pro vs a Digitech 005 gimbal.
I am newbie and have been watching a lot of VDOs recently made by many youtubers.....I can ultimately say this that your VDOs are the great help of them all. THANK YOU!.
i remember the time when i first saw this video, this is the reason why I will buy my OM5 next week (sorry if its not the same gimbal as what you plug). I do love all your videos, feels like I am having an online class about videography for FREE.
Learn online video is always on point !!! One of my favorite go to guys . No kidding. He’s straight to the point . Support from Josh Connect media . Keep up the spirit . 🎉
I always watch this video everytime I have a project but I don't have any gimble. I'm only using google photos to stabilize my video. I love watching this. 🥰
I would just like to add. As a film maker myself these are ways to really enhance your story. One thing I find myself making a mistake in is that it is easy to lose continuity. I quickly learned of this and adjusted my planning and sight seeing a lot better to avoid this. For example, at time frame 2:38 you can see that the subject is walking left to right on a flat plane with orange background. Then when he did the transition, you see the subject walking up a ramp coming from the bottom floor which was purple. The continuity was broken but the transition was smooth. This video was shared with me as a refresher and I will say that this is an amazing lesson and I needed up sharing it with my production team.
