Investing in health mental and physical early in 20s always pays in the long run because your become healthy and you are going to lose less money in the hospital treatment..I started eating too much junk in the early 20s because of stress now I'm paying the price with grade 3 fatty liver and ulcers .Hopefully I will recover from it.
2:52 I read ‘master your money, master your life’ by Abishek Kumar! I found this book in a bookshop while visiting my Nani in Bangalore in 2019. A lot of the concepts are in many money books that have since been published, but you need that one book and the right mindset to then take action. I was in the right mental place to do this - which I’m grateful for :)
