Extra tip: with neck curls, don’t go to failure. Your neck is not trained often and it’s not needed to reach failure, also if you do. You might end up with a massive headache the next day.

Hey Jose. When using derma roler and the beard growth serum, which should I use first for MAXIMUM GROWTH?

Kirkland minoxidil 5%, it is the only product PROVEN TO WORK. 1ml morning 1ml evening, and use any derma roler 2 times a week. That alone will boost your growth 10 fold compared to anything else. I started with 0 hairs on cheeks, used 5 bottles (5 months) and now i have a full beard. Probably will use 2 more bottles. If your grandads had beards, this will speed up the growth process by ALOT. But if you have bad genetics close to nothing will help (beard transplant only), either way try minox, if that doesn't work nothing will.

skintone point differs with Western and Eastern Asia Dating culture. Tan/Natural complextion is more desirable in western society. Pale/white skin is deemed desirable in East Asia. Geographical location plays a role. Depends on where you live, attractiveness is subjective.
