Great tips! While looking at the shelves behind you I’m thinking about the 8’ long shelf that holds maybe 85% of my “scrapbook” paper., with the rest of it scattered around. It is a rare occasion that I go to it for supplies because there is so much. I have to admit that I have a hard time declutterring any of it, although last time I went through it I was able to donate about a 3’ pile to a local teacher. I’m encouraged by your video to minimize the volume so I don’t spend so much time looking for supplies rather than using them.

If I can encourage you a little more, I promise you won’t miss all the excess stuff when it’s gone. Last month I ended up donating more than half of my craft supplies to our local library for them to use during summer camps/Cricut crafting station/etc. I thought I might regret it but now the only things I’m storing are things I will use. It feels so much more freeing now to not have supplies I’ll never touch hogging up valuable space. You can do it! 🙌🏼

I am new to your videos but just subscribed! Goodness! That was good!! I have been struggling with this very thing! The parts I liked best are: #1 - Use "mobile" storage. #2 - Split it into parts. #3 - Make a list so you know which project to choose according to the amount of time you have. Thank you!

I love this! I like to art journal. I keep my supplies in my bag and a few more at home. I love to use random pieces i find but i do put it all in an organized container😊

Scrapbooking, genealogy, sewing, puzzles, decluttering 😮 What do you think about prioritizing time for each hobby, each week? Maybe breaking down each project?

Oh those are great hobbies! It really depends on how much free time you have. In an ideal world it would be awesome to work on all of them each week, but usually that isn’t possible. I think a rotating schedule would work well for you, then anytime you have extra time you can work on whatever you have been thinking about the most. 🥰
