Usually, an ASSUMPTION is implicit if it supports the STATEMENT, even if the assumption is not directly mentioned in the given statement.
However, keep in mind that not every unstated assumption supports the statement. Sometimes assumptions can be problematic, misleading, or completely incorrect, in which case they weaken the argument or statement rather than support it. Assumptions should always be critically evaluated for their validity and their contribution to the overall argument.
