These days am repracticing my handwriting but While am writing my shoulder blade is getting in tension feeling struck cramp rigid and not able to write more than one page straight. Should my shoulder and blade to be rigid as writing or relaxed. Thank you very much.
You can try one thing. To relax the shoulder blade while writing when it starts to hurt, stop writing with writing your hand, try writing with the other hand.
