8-year-old helps save great-grandmother who got stuck under car l GMA 

Hearing that child screaming has me over here bawling. Wow! To think she thought enough to ring the doorbell but still go back to her grandmother. Aww man this has my heart!

For her to have the frame of mind to act so quickly. Ring the doorbell, then ran back to her great-grandmother to help her, that is calm under pressure. I'm super proud of her.

Wow she gave birth to the person, that gave birth to the person, that gave birth to the person that saved her life! That must be a beautiful feeling! Glad this turned out to be such a positive story.

It moved me that she rang the bell and ran right back to be with her grandmother. They are all blessed to have each other.

Just by her pulling the keys out shows how smart this young girl is.

Incredibly smart and brave girl. I'm sure it was also out of fear, but screaming like that was so smart- if Mom didn't come out, someone probably would have. Alerting mom with the doorbell and immediately going back to grandmas side- any paramedic would tell you the same thing. What a little superhero!

Aw, sweet, beautiful girl! She was scared, but stayed calm and did exactly the right thing - stopped the situation from getting worse (as much as she could) by taking the keys, ran to summon help, and immediately returned to her injured great-grandmother. This touched my heart. My great-grandmother was my bestie and my soulmate. We just "got" each other and I loved her fiercely. I'd have fought off tigers or whatever it took to keep her safe. I was lucky enough to have her in my life until I was 16 and I was inconsolable when she died. If felt like losing a body part. I see that same kind of fierce, complete devotion and pure love between this little girl and her great-grandmother, too. I hope she has her in her life even longer than I had mine. ❤
