Just do both. Nerfing things that need to be nerfed is a good thing otherwise it’ll make other builds pointless to go towards when they can just make a true dmg dex build and do 400+ dps (example) changing value isn’t hard so it’s not like they’re focusing on nerfing you just change the number for most of them

@@hexaria8149 well true... look i just dont want to see the game feel the same when there nothing new like sort of new area, new mob etc there even an armor to craft but impossible to get materials since the northern wip still not appeared like cyrosteel armor

Not too much Emotions makes it so if you have only buffs, you gain bonus hex damage, so when ur under a buff just dont use ur WA Otherwise u can just wait a few seconds for ur buff to go away, it's not an issue

& emotions gives a reduced WA cooldown if you have only buffs

@@Salt____ alr but if I'm rly not getting a prism blade after my next 10 astral presents i might just go with dual magic gs or dual scourage gs until I'm rich enough to get 40 astral presents

any race is good high elf and kitsune r probably the best

going high elf is also better as well since you're not going to be below 50% all the time

Caster only effects rune, won't help

@@Salt____ its not that caster affect runes, its that sticky increase your weapon art cd, using caster with scholar makes it so the cd is 10s while keeping the same magic boost

@@Francis.D.Myes, channeled weapon gives like a 10% dmg buff, but you won't lose all that much dmg, maybe 100 dps? Not a lot

@Salt yep you were right without scholar I get 700 dps But I don't really mind since I get sustain from vamp :D

@Jad infuse a spell slinger instead + the berserking corrupted set so you'll have a actual chance to profit out of criticals

I have, why do you think I said it was 2nd strongest? The reason it's arguably strongest is because it has high attack speed which makes it more sustainable for enemies like corrupted bullfrogs, the windup time on branola gar's m2s is long, which makes it less sustainable against certain enemies. Please watch the video before commenting mindlessly

if you saw the end of the video, i mentioned i found a stronger mage build using a diff set so ill be ballin either way

@@Crimsonxkingx scholar gives channeled weapon which adds extra magic scaling to your weapon. also you only need 1 dandelion: dandelion guarantees that your attack crits IF your hit deals knockback. m2 and the end of m1s work with this, but as you can see the guy uses weapons that always knockback (excluding the staff) like the gs (unbalanced?) and hammer which is why it always crits. if you're not always critting then thats why
