800 PAGE JOURNAL Progress - 400 pages in!!

The binding falling apart was one of the reasons I ditched my 600 page journal- after getting like 200 pages in it was getting difficult to turn the pages and the spine was separating. It makes sense that it’s starting to get worn down since you’re using the journal everyday, but with so many memories and things in there it’s sometimes scary to see journals falling apart! Could you separate it into like 4 books and duct tape the spines? I believe you can finish it! You’ve got this 😁😁

Take the cover off and try book binding glue on the binding. But glue alone is not enough, you need some fabric, too. I think super glue is not the best option, since its not flexible and just cracks. Look up some book binding tutorials for more Ideas.

when you have spare money you can always do a rebind service down the road.

It's understandable that your journal's torn to pieces. I mean, 800 pages is a lot, and chances are, the binding isn't gonna be sturdy for so long. Also, if you're feeling a little pressured to finish the whole thing, just remember that you can always take a break or two. It often takes patience to finish something that is massive. I feel like you're doing pretty great either way. Not everything has to be perfect.
