Love it ❤❤❤ I wish the Stingers came out. Whether it was clothing for the show or clothing for the dolls they were all inspired by real world fashions, usually from the pages of Vogue.
This was (and still is) one of my favorite series. I was 13 when it first aired and I kind of started to watch it when it was on Sunday mornings. Then I really got into it by the time I entered high school and have been a huge fan of the show ever since. I loved the Misfits the most, especially Pizzazz who always had the best one-liners. 😁❤️

Jem was awsome. The great thing about this cartoon was that they changed clothes, marge simpsons has pretty much wore the same 3 outfits for the past 35 years. Lol

Jem and The Holograms…….The Misfits……..where do I begin?!?!?! This is my ultimate favorite Hasbro ‘80s toy line. I cannot begin to discuss my various toy collections, some ‘70s but mostly ‘80s and a little early ‘90s thrown in. Some of the better and more interesting outfits that were featured in the cartoon were not created for the dolls, but can be purchased as “custom OOAK” online and/or found at toy conventions - for example, I have the Jem doll clothing for “Time is Running out” displayed on a rerooted doll with super long pink hair and sparkly tinsel! My favorite Misfit character is Stormer, and with big, wild blue hair! The bigger the hair, the closer to God.😁😂🤣
Rapture + Minx= Gives a strong Stevie Nicks vibe. The character I dressed most like was Jerrica. Very conservative. I still have my Jem/Jerrica, Shana, and Stormer. I have Shana’s original jacket, but her purple tank dress got gummy. I live in a very humid area. 🙁 I have the Shana in Twilight in Paris, Jem is in a dress my mom made with a tall Barbie Looks. Stormer is in her original outfit. The last time I watched the series on Tubi, I realized that Pizazz looked a lot like Beavis, so my personal headcanon is that she’s Beavis’ mom. 😂
Okay, you got me ROLLING with the Beavis comment, and yes, why not....She could be BEAVIS' mother. Great memories of Jem, thanks for sharing and watching.
