sir, when port A is working in mode 2, it acquires 5 lines of port c along with the read and write lines of microprocessor. correct me if i am wrong

What is the BSR mode of 8255? Write Control Words to set PC7 & PC5 and Reset PC1& PC3. Could you please tell me this answer sir

Since we are using INTR pin here how will the uP know which interrupt to service... that was the point of using 8259 right. We never sent which device interrupted the uP and assumed it was 8255 and received/sent data. Will there not be a vector number and INTA here?

@@BharatAcharyaEducation Sir, I have watched all the videos on your website regarding 8259 and 8255, but I have don't understand how the processor knows if the interrupt is given by an 8259 or 8255, the response from uP is very different in both as in 8259 it gives 2 INTA signals, but here it works with read and write signals.
