Hey bro :) so if you evo him first using the new power surge evolution he will become an 82-rated card and then if you have intro to stat limits you can upgrade him again making him 83-rated

Hey bro :) all I did there was press Lb or L1 to stop the ball and movement a little and just moved the left analog stick back. His agility and balance is actually crazy in game

Hey brother :) all you have to do is use his gold card in the power surge evo. If you have the intro to stat limits evo as well, after using him in power surge you can use him in that one to make him 83-rated
