The installation leaflet that came with the awning was very detailed and precise, if you followed it to the detail it was excellent, you need patience and time to assemble the awning. The video was excellent too. The materials used in the awning are strong and joined together excellently, putting up the awning took 3 people but turned out very well. So far I'm very pleased with this product.
