With a little work, that home could be super cute! Looks like it has good bones, and is in a nice, peaceful area. I watch a lot of your videos and have never been distracted by you walking through the house. I suppose you could wear sneakers when you do videos, if that is preferable. I personally like to hear how flooring sounds when walked on. Some of the new vinyl flooring emits such a loud "clacking" sound with even the most soft stepping. One doesn't experience that with hard wood and certainly not with carpet. We didn't choose a house with the faux wood vinyl flooring because the sound drove us both crazy just walking through it. You do a great job on your videos and have such a sunny disposition. 🙂
Thank you so much for watching some of my videos. I really appreciate it! if you’d like to see anything different please let me know. I totally agree with you about vinyl floors, making a clacking sound. I try to be mindful when a house is vacant because I do echo a lot more.
It’s a tiny bit creepy, but it doesn’t hold a candle to some things I’ve seen. There was one where was a trapdoor into the basement. While I was touring with the buyer, I took one look down and told him I was unwilling to enter that murder zone. 🔪 🩸 Another house was in such bad condition that the concrete basement floors crumbled under my feet as I walked. Someone died in that house, but I guarantee no ghost would haunt it. It was that bad! 👻 Lastly, I once put my hand onto a wall. Except the wall was fuzzy… because it was a bat 🦇 Never a dull day in real estate. I try to be cheery, though. This isn’t for the feint of heart ❤️

I agree it could definitely be a beautiful home. I was walking up and down the slope yard in the back and it really wasn’t that bad. Thanks for watching.
