Two of the most fun cars I’ve owned had stock small blocks that maybe made 200 hp, I did the exact same stuff in those cars that you did in this video and had an absolute blast, I miss those turds! 😄👍🏻

My mom had a 69 caprice 350 275 355 posi In 1973 I was a freshman I beat all kinds of 72+ new cars it drove them crazy. My buddy changed the advance and tweaked the qjet that thing hauled especially in the cold winter wis nights
What RPM does your shift light come on at? I got a $200 Craigslist vortec 350 on the engine stand. It came with a stock roller cam in it. I have a 66 Chevelle with a 4 speed and 3.73 12 bolt in it. Would a roller GM Hotcam give similar power to your cam in this engine? Have to get a manifold. Also have a 650 Holly DP and a Holley 750 with vacuum secondary that I could put on it. Love the videos. This truck has balls! Looking forward to more.
It's me again brother got a 355 dart iron eagles looking at mother thumper and bootlegger 544/544 what's your thoughts? Heads and intake port matched 3" exhaust long tube headers and 4.10 gears
What cam do you got . And would u recommend it.. ? I just bought a 83 c10, with a 350 and vortex heads on it I’m wanting to put a cam in it . What is all done to your motor . I like it clean truck
It's a good cam in a truck just because of the low end power it makes and still pulls good depending on what you wanting as far as performance wise etc
You might be close to that depending on how good its tuned n what not.. putting a carb on the vortec motors does help out a pretty good bit in my experience
you can solder in put to the board on cheapo or any fer that matter n plug in a cheapo external mic man or record on external recorder n match up in software i like rigin up stuff cheap n it easy ,in it why ii use megasquirt easy efi n cheap just like sloppy mechanics proved on yt
This one is your c10 your friends c10 looks similar to your truck you guys have twin c10's all though his can't do a burn out like your c10 that's how we do a burn out in the south
Yes sir she should pull decent.. is it 4x4? I've only had one square body with a 2wd sm465.. good for pulling or mud riding but not the best trying to race lol

Oh yeah you'll be good to go lol.. I had a 78 with 5.13 gears on 38s with about a 300 horse 355 with the sm465.. 1st and 2nd gear were pretty much useless unless I wanted to pull something.. id take off in 3rd and sling rooster tails couple hundred feet lol.. it was fun.. it originally had 44s on it but were gone when I got it

best thing to do is get a guy that thinks u can't scare him in a car get him on the highway go about 60/70 mph hit the emergency brake do some 360's then drop the clutch when the car is going backwards about 40 mph lift the front off the ground and watch him piss him self

Its built but I'm not sure on everything that's in it.. I know it does have a constant pressure valve body in it tho... I got it out of a 80s Camaro race car
Damn that thing opens up. Wish mine would open up like that I just need a different carb cause this edelbrock 750 isn’t working out for me. Think I need to go with a holley
Chris Galica thanks the rear are 15x10 I do believe with 275 60s and fronts are 15x7 with 225 70s.. idk the back spacing n all that I got the wheels used
