What happens when you let go of "control" is you pretty much let go of the mind. You have no need to do anything, everything happens completely spontaneously, everything happens happens in freedom, its like you are just one with the universe, completely in-sync and flowing with its rhythm. What actually happens, is that you drop thought, you drop all attachments and what stays, is the presence that you are. Thought can't be without presence. Presence is there before thought, now, when we, presence, observe the presence that we are (because it is observable), what happens naturally is we are in a place of perceiving which is naturally extremely lucid, clear, peaceful, joyful, loving, compassionate, serene, it is completely impersonal. The way to experience freedom is literally to observe what you are, because yourself is already free. The problem is most people are caught up with thoughts and attachments, identify themselves as thought, you managed to consciously let go of thought which is absolutely beautiful, you experienced yourself, and how wonderful you are, absolutely blissful. That is truly yourself, you simply did not know you can experience life as the self. You were conditioned to believe you are not worthy, it is not possible for you etc, it is all bullshit. Listened to this for the first time while I was asleep. I have a long playlist of frequencies and this one had played randomly around 2am. I usually don't remember my dreams and have been this way for years. I woke up to one of the worst nightmares I'd ever had where all my fears were in one place at the same time. Fears I didn't know that I was afraid of..Fears about confronting myself and who I am. Me opening the door to my childhood bedroom, only to be startled by running into the version of myself that I've been working so hard to change and transform. Things moving and no one able to see them but me (I already have strong intuition naturally and am a kundalini yoga teacher so this has been a running theme in my life of picking up on the subtleties of the world we live in, but not being able to show or explain to others what I experience). Many other fears, the whole dream was a panic attack. I awoke suddenly and immediately changed the frequency to 417hz. I know that those who chronically don't remember their dreams are subconsciously not ready to deal with something or are hiding/running from something. I am grateful for this nightmare because it has shown me what I need to stop running away from, stop hiding from, and face with loving empathy. Sat nam

I remember when I used to see separation. I was a in a dream of despair. I believed in it to the point that it became my reality. I felt like the world was against me. That time has passed. Now I view the world with Love. I see happiness and Joy. I see Unity and Oneness. It's all I can see. I cannot lie anymore. I know We Are One.
Careful when tapping into your “third eye” and other chakras especially if you tend to think negatively. I heard in several occasions that it can be dangerous to open your third eye unprepared or haphazardly. I chose to ignore that. That was a mistake. I have opened my self up to a world of “truth”. I see now what I wish I didn’t see. It stripped away that blissful innocent ignorance and didn't replace it with the knowledge I was hoping to find. I have become very nihilistic (and often hopeless) thanks to using this sort of meditation without serious consideration. Now, so many things in life have no flavor and I have more fear than ever before. This steak tastes so good. Plug me back into the matrix!
Let me try to explain it in analogous terms. It’s literally like the movie the matrix. I was this guy who saw the world at took it at face value. I had a standard view of life, football, work, politics, happy to just go along with it and live my life. But deep down i felt like something was wrong and something was missing. So I went down the rabbit hole. I dug deeper Into life, looking underneath the surface of everything, people, politics, conspiracy theory’s, my own spirituality and search for god. I then discovered these type of meditations, and especially meditations designed to open my third eye. It worked. I started to realize there is no concrete proof for an after life. So I started to obsess about my own mortality and what would become of me. It sent me to an abyss mentally because there is just no answer to that. We have no control of death and where we go. It made me realize just how vulnerable and fragile and short lived we are. And during this life, we are covered in a heavy shroud of deception and distraction, so much misdirection we can never find the truth. And there are many other components of this deep thinking but I won’t go into them all but you get the jist of it. Anyway I was looking for peace and answers to those questions that started to creep up as I was getting older, and all I got was more questions and a deeper sense of feeling disconnected vulnerable and lost. This stuff opened my third eye alright, it opened it up to a world of shit. I live in America, reasonably comfortable, healthy, fed... and I feel this lost and trapped, I can’t imagine how the other 3/4 of people who spend their whole lives in shit make it? Anyway it really changed me. I’ve come to the conclusion that I have to live with this reality, that I may never have the answers or that I do have the answers but they’re not pleasant. So all I can do is live my life, trying to forget this journey of deeper understanding, plug myself back into the surface reality and try to live my life as happy as I can. You can certainly open your third eye, but you may not like what you find. I hope that helps answer your question.

My inner bell; intuition has saved me so many times. I have had multiple near death experiences. My life has over all been test upon test as I endure this life of suffering. In the past few weeks with the help of miraculous and cosmic blessings from this 🎶music .I have become aware of my need to forgive others, myself and to let go of worries , doubts and fears. Of which are just Maya; illusions of Babylon.
