86 is such a good anime that sadly gets overlooked, and the soundtrack makes it even better making you feel like you're there with the 86 the whole journey.

Yes one of my favorites as well. Starts out and still looks at times a young sweat nice beauty. But rises to save what was left of her nation and in effect ruling it for awhile while doing the impossible what was thought sure to kill at a much lower level link herself to every 86 left available to fight a massive show of willpower. She lives up the her Bloody Queen label despite it probably intended as insult originally, willing to have many of those who serve her die as needed to win while caring greatly for them.

Yes! Love her. And I especially liked her growth were she recognized when she herself was falling short. She made that correction and kept striving.
