Sometimes your Excel file is broken and Power Query doesn't load all your columns. You can manually solve it by opening the file, saving, then closing the file.
You have to do this every time the file updates, so don't do that.
Instead fix the file generation, or as a bandaid you can use InferSheetDimensions.
