@@babyreps365 actually it wasn't an it was a older man's truck but what happened was it had a bad massive vacuum leak caus eegr valve broke an it made the engine run super rich an thin the oil an spun bearings or rod bearings. Changed oil cause mower thought that would help but it didn't lol
In all seriousness, I love finding clean old cars knocking like this, owner usually disgusted and just wants cash, have got some great cars super clean bodies, just needed trans or engine.
Damn that sucks . Yeah this truck had many problems an guy that owned it didn't do much to it like he should have an it blew up . Already had a exhaust valve that was bad cause wasnt really running right at times . This all started with a bad egr valve an he kept driven it an it ran ritch an it had so much fuel it was going passed the rings an into the oil pan an that thinned out the oil an well spun a bearing or like this caused a knock an the speedo quit working years ago so could have 300k for all I knew
Yeah it was a older man's truck an always drive slow an engine already had a misfire to it at times , but what happened was it had a bad massive vacuum leak cause the egr valve broke an it made the engine run super rich an thin the oil out an spun the bearings or rod bearings. Changed oil cause owner thought that would help but it didn't lol .
I never heard it again but I went ahead and put in a new engine and tranny digital dash and did the whole suspension bought some 22inch rims and a whole new fosgate system from door speakers 🔊 to stereo to tweeters to 2 12’ subs under the bench seat

@@KnuckleHeadGarage27 yea I had never herd it before it sounded like a really bad bearing but with a loud knock but when you’d shut it off it would spin the balancer for a few seconds it would also be quite when it was higher rpm than idling
Yeah!! . Not good was gonna be a donor truck parts for my s10 for a v8 butt not now it blew up . Update video after I changed the oil and tryed 20w50 oil with Lukas oil treatment it's a big difference but still engine was toast
