I have tried and tried with that controller and other variations of sega controllers, and they all cause major pain. Just certain spots on my hands that cause issues.
@@SpartanSam0034 I assume you don't get it on "modern" controllers that have grips? Just something about the Sega style? I get something like carpal tunnel sometimes where certain keyboard/mouse use has caused pain but not controllers so far.
