I had a deep dish spinach pizza when I was in Chicago for 3 months. It has stayed with me since and over the years I could not bear to eat those pizzas in Singapore except my mom's. Mom's pizzas had toppings double or even 2.5 times the height of pizzas sold in Singapore. I will try his and I hope it will be similar to what I had in Chicago.

Just done DTF fried rice, veggie dumplings, mock side dish, 2 Viet Soy Coffees followed by a upsized fast food meal with 2 extra sides, soup and tea 😅 Ngl, I felt a bit queasy imagining myself in your position 😅 It's like having liquid pizza fillings swimming in a bowl of crusty dough that's salty and greasy while heavy on cured fatty meats. Always a gamble when someone uses you to experiment for the first time on a supersized challenge! The sodium intake would have been through the roof on every single ingredient used. Except I think i seen 1 olive in total :P
