Well, it's really simple and a tutorial by me would be useless (because I'm so bad at explaining things lol sorry), but all I do to create these pieces is either play around with scales on my piano and if I come up with something I like, I transfer those notes to Logic and change it to an instrument that sounds good. I also randomly place notes on a random instrument in the software and if those random notes sound good, it stays. If it doesn't sound good, the notes are deleted or shuffled around.
