I eas a former VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTER. On new construction its usually stored lumber and or some one torched the building.

You should simplify the same. Change it to “construction site fire” or something along the lines of that

Parking on railroad tracks seems like a really bad idea.

The guy filming in the median should be wearing a safety vest. As an active fire buff for 25 years, trust me, its better to be safe than sorry and proper gear is always important. Great video. stay safe.
