Materials in other countries are way less expensive. This creator is in the Phillipines so the prices for the materials are a certain price, then he converts it into the USD amount. If you built this there that is what it would cost. South American countries also have very low prices on materials. You can become an expat and buy acres of land for just a couple grand build this house and live debt free. Places like Panama are 70° F all year round.
My estimation is based on Philippines price list. Not Europe or US. It's the price to build the house in Philippines. (Unfurnished) The price really depends on the country you are building it. Thanks for your comment. It helps my channel to grow.

These designs are fun, right? I love them too, but of 08.2022, this home would be considered "custom" and therefore demand a higher labor cost from a contractor that builds custom homes. There is no economy of scale or repetition. Realistically, bids could start at US $250-300/SF and go up from there depending on location and finishes. At the current rate of inflation for building materials, it may be impossible to secure a hard number to build. Sadly, these homes are impractical for most of North America with vast expanses of glass. Other considerations are minimal closets and no provision for HVAC. I still encourage the designer to continue pumping these designs out and take into account practical needs.

Just fence off unclaimed land, build a structure to live in and then show th authorities the proof that you are living there.
Very gorgeous BUT is the price for this build really under $30,000.00? If so, how do you account for the price? How much would it be to build it in the state of Louisiana?🙂

There are no builders or locations. Somebody just designed this on an app and they’re putting it up on RU-vid for views. If you wanted to get the floor plan and pay someone to build it for you it would be a hell of a lot more than 26,000 because it’s a custom build. Also you can’t find a neighborhood that will let you put a house that small in it.
@@weaverdreams: Actually, they're building these type homes in the Philippians for about these prices. The plans are not exportable due to a difference in building codes, and if you're not a Pilipino National, or married to one, you can't own property!

I live (US citizen)in the Philippines. YES the (HOUSE ONLY)can be built for this price ! ..more or less. The variables are : Depending on levels of Appliances..fixtures...tile...etc. you choose. Type of concrete construction and roof you use. Window grade The builder you choose. (choose wisely) or will you be the contractor? etc etc. Proximity to city(s). Commodity prices rise here like everywhere else, although imo not as fast. Land/property can be expensive.. and in "most" cases you will not own the land or the house. Your Pilipino wife or partner will. (you CAN own condos) I doubt the surround wall, pool and landscaping are included in this price. P.S. The refrigerators are sometimes a small euro type located in a lower cabinet...in smaller houses.
How about some investors buying an island doing the electric and plumbing, sewers work , so we have a great place for an over 50 development for these great new box homes

I’m confused , what is the $26,000 . The video poster sells the plans only, so where does one purchase the house and who builds it? I assume this is a prefab home, so the builders will cost money in addition to the $26,000 . Also will need a land lot and then install a slab and do other property preps per your town’s building codes prior to erecting the house.

Well, the design is maybe nice BUT the flicking presentation isn't! Floor plan is missing! Still haven't figured out the main entrance? "Flying" trough rooms doesn't help either. Just go in the room and show 360° view and leave then the next. A ceiling view is nonsens...also the circling around furniture.

That isn't true. It really depends on where you are located! The Amish sell lumber for less than big box stores! You can gather materials slowly over time through free sites. Concrete is also rather inexpensive, so a concrete foundation would not cost anywhere near that, only about $2,000 USD for a house this size. Construction permits range $500- $2,000 USD. I have no idea where you are getting your costs!
I love this design, but I would make one change. I would change the outdoor fire pit into a hot tub. I would add ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room.
Dommage d'avoir autant de pièces de toilette avec douche uniquement. Par contre pas bon de dormir avec des arrivées d'eau. Il faudrait une plus grande salle de bain.
the room showing the washing machine / dryer appears to show that only 1 drawer of the vanity unit may be functional due a wall storage area positioning
I see stone slabs/dressed concrete? for the patio, fence and gates. What no tub for ladies (mini round in shower??) island for cooking (make it portable/slide under cabinet?) no clothes storage ( put into floor with lift up doors?) sliding hurricane with steel grills for hurricanes and zombies? Beautiful and functional for me with few modifications. The price? Mexico?

Yes I love these homes interested in the 2 and 3 bedrooms with the pool and would like to know how to contact the company who handles the purchase of a home of this sort. Please send more information thank you

Also, didn't see a refrigerator.
